  • Pick a newsletter name and domain

  • Decide on a sending schedule

  • Create a content template for consistency

Week 2: Content strategy & planning

Week 4: Growth part 1 (organic traffic & community)

Goal: Leverage existing platforms to drive free traffic.

  • Schedule 3 posts per week promoting your newsletter

  • Join and engage in 2+ communities

  • Set up 1 cross-promotion

  • Reach out to 2 partners

Week 6: Launch + optimise

Goal: Launch officially (if not already) and analyse and optimise.

Session:

  • How to analyse key metrics (open rates, CTR, unsubscribes)

  • A/B testing basics

  • Test one subject line and one CTA

  • Create a 3-month post-launch plan
